Here is one from yesterday's morning on the Lake Superior shoreline in Grand Portage, MN. I had a hard time deciding where I wanted to go to photograph the sunrise and as a result I almost missed it. ALMOST, that is! So, I quickly scouted the shoreline for a pleasing composition and found this curving section of ice that I knew would make a nice anchor for a vertical shot.
