Here is another photo of Lake Superior and the night sky from this weekend at Temperance River State Park in Tofte, Minnesota. For this photo I chose to look away from the galactic core of the Milky Way. The big lake was so incredibly calm that night and many of the stars were reflecting nicely in the water. Such placid nights on Lake Superior are few and far between.
