Here is a different angle on the same moose that I shared a picture of yesterday. She was much closer to me in this photo than the other one. In fact, she was walking down the road towards me and was starting to get a little close for comfort so I slowly turned to retreat back to the safety of my truck. As soon as I turned she caught my movement and stopped, her ears flipping forward to listen. She stood in this position for at least a full minute before turning around and walking back down the road.
